Return Policy

The item is eligible for return only in case of faulty item received in which case you just need to send us a picture of it to support@theswagstation.com along with your order number. If the item delivered to you would be faulty we'll send you a free reshipment. You don't have to send it back to us :)

To register a complaint, you can contact us at support@theswagstation.com. 

Please note that once the order has been placed, refunds won't be accepted since each order is made to order. However, as mentioned above, in case of defective products received, it is our responsibility to send a replacement order at no additional cost to the customer.
